On Saturday Hamilton hosted The Mick Whale Memorial Cup. Despite the rain, the Groper men and women showed up and made their teams known. The men placed 3rd, losing their only game to the Singleton Black Team, who ended up taking home the 1st place trophy. The women were in a tough pool but gave the Sydney teams a good run. All in all, it was another successful day of 7's rugby.
